The Client File Upload feature allows you to transfer your data files safely and securely to Spencer & Associates, Ltd.

You may transfer any size or type of data file.

A Note On Transfer Speeds

File transfer times will be based upon your Internet connection. Unless you have purchased a business-class Internet package, the upload speed of your Internet connection can be 2 to 4 times slower than your download (browsing/web surfing) speed. Thus, the transfer of your client file may take longer than expected.

For Example:

An 8MB client file on a typical home or small business DSL connection would take approximately 1 1/2 minutes to download from a website. Uploading the same file would take approximately 3 to 6 minutes.

In either case, the client file transfer feature will show you a status window that you can use to monitor  the progress.

How to Transfer files

1. Click the file transfer icon (above) to enter the File Transfer page.

2. You will be asked to select the file. Browse to the folder where your file is located and select it

3. Enter your contact information.

4. Start the file transfer by clicking on the Send File button.

5. Once the file transfer has completed, you will see a confirmation page.

Once we receive your file, we will contact you and confirm that we have received it.
